I don't think I would do anything with it either. A Starf Berry is so rare that it's too precious to use up and too risky to plant, lest you fail to grow it properly or miss harvesting it. I suppose it would be useful in Battle Tower or competitive battling, but I do hardly any of the former and none of the latter.

Thinking of Battle Frontier prizes makes me think of Emerald, which makes me wish I hadn't given it away, because I miss my Regirock and especially my precious, lovely Latias.
