Y couldn't I find after hours of searching something that I previously found by accident? It's the Scorched Slab in Emerald. In my first playthrough, I chanced upon it and taught my Skitty a lovely Sunny Day, Solarbeam combo. Now I've looked in the water routes between Lilycove, Mossdeep, Pacifidlog, and Ever Grande, without any star-burned plates turning up. It wasn't a total waste, though. My Metang evolved into Metagross. I hope Steven's happy, because I took good care of his Beldum.

I want to take this opportunity to say that Yoshis rock, they're super-cute, and I wish they were playable in a handheld RPG.

I think Vulpix is the most creative Pokemon name. Vul=vulpine, meaning fox-like, and pix=six, referring to its six tails. The Japanese isn't bad either: Rokon: Ro=six, and kon=the sound a fox makes.
