Im finally here, after like, a year... XD

I use a buizel char in most rps. I guess I'll intro the char but I doubt its nessessary.

yes, Gale is also going to be in FOTO when I find a good place to add his char. (and FOTH at that. (though that he's a main char x3))

likes/dislikes: Gale has a foot fetish and loves to tickle. He also has an interest in aviation, fishing, photography and sketching out objects he sees.

Special powers:Psychic control over the movement of water in all of its forms.

Personality traits: Fairly friendly and considerate.

Bio: formerly a "puppet" of an extremist terrorist group. He never really followed the orders he was given and experiments were performed on him and eventually an alter ego was created. The evil and sadistic alternate personality was used to perform the tasks that he refused to do. The modifications to his brain has made his special attack and defense much higher than what a normal buizel would have. Allowing him to use psychic powers which allows him to control the movement of water in all of its forms; liquid, solid, and gas states. He ran away one day after killing his master, the leader of the extremist group, thinking it would free him of his alternate personality's control. Years later, he activated his alter ego in a desperate battle with Niyu (Fircoal's char). In the battle, he nearly got killed by Niyu. However, just before niyu inflicted the fatal blow he reactivated his alternate personality, and his level unexpectedly raised by 20 temperarily and the battle eventually ended in a draw. Both Niyu and Gale were too severely injured to fight , and dieing. Both of them were saved by a pokemon with medical training. The two have not fought against each other since then, and Gale has lived fairly peacefully from then till now.
