Short Summary: Nekro is a mysterious Pikachu who seems to have very powerful powers of necromancy and darkness along with his own Pikachu powers. He is very into increasing his power and being able to be stronger. He's an orderly chu who seems to be liking to a leader role and doesn't like it when those under him disrespect him. He is also respectful to those above him, unlike some of his peers.
