Short Summary: Chan-Chan is a nice peaceful Chansey that tours around towns doing work for Nurse joy. She believes in peace and for the world to live happily together without fighting. However she does nothing about this and whenever someone disagrees with her she usually beats them up. She doesn't like the manly way and believes that girls are the far superior sex.
