Short Summary: Karamizu is a poor Jolteon from a poor land by the lake. His parents died at an early age leaving him by himself to rot along with his broken house. He is so poor that he has only one set of clothes with tons of rips in it. He is looked down on by everyone that lives in the village with him. He always aims to be stronger, and he hopes to someday beat the golden child of the Town, Eline.
