Where Everything Is Explained

Well I haven’t actually told that much about my story and how it’s going to be run and such stuff so I decided that making a long post detailing all of this and then sending it off to all of you would be the best way to rectify the situation. Thus that is exactly what I’m doing.

Location:
The story takes place on an island that is nearby Jotho. (It is an island and I’ll put up a piccy of it at some point however that will be much later.) It is like Hoenn and Shinoh in that it is a Pokemon region with 8 gym leaders, and some contest thingehs. The island has a vary amount of different terrians and is comparable in this way. A difference is that there is a metro system that connects some of the cities together. Of course none of the charries will be able to use that (probably) at the beginning of the story. The island has a port that connects to Jotho via a ship.

Places:
Pikachu’s Point – Pikachu’s Point is north from the port town and a wonderful area that visitors can see from the boat ride to a from Johto. It is filled with a large colony of cute Pikachu. While most tourists love the scene of the Pikachus, they usually only see it from the boat, not finding it worthy of a journey of its own. Thusly not many know much about the Pikachus, but their clan is very intricate and has an intense rivalry with the Buizel’s next door at Buizel shore.
Buizel Shore- The place directly to the west of Pikachu’s Point. It features an intricate clan of Buizels that hate the Pikachus. Unlike the Pikachu’s their location is not near the travel routes and thus is unknown to most citizens. However there are some that know of the Buizelly clan.
Port Town – The Port town (as of now unnamed) is where everyone enters and leaves the island for the most part. It is the main port, and services travels to Jotho and Kanto. Since it is closer to Johto, most of them go there rather than Kanto. It is by far the biggest city on the island.
Other Towns and Cities – These have not yet been made and if anyone would like to make one for their gym leader or one just in general (if they want to make another or don’t have a gym leader) this will be open to them. I will make a thread in the Pikachu’s Insane Park relating to this. If you wish to decline to make a city or town, then please state so in the thread. If you want to make another city or town, or take one that its owner declined to make, state so in the thread and most likely you’ll get it.
Other Landmarks/Stuff – These again have not been made and if you want to make one then please post so or email me.

Characters:
There are many choices of things that you can do when you make Characters. While I have been saying stuff mainly about making a gym leader and another charrie, it’s actually somewhat fabricated, as you can really have AS MANY CHARACTERS AS YOU LIKE. Trust me when I say that making more charries for the story will not make me upset. Rather it’ll make me happy. Thusly you can make as many charries as you want and have them fill many of these roles. Really these roles are just to give you examples of what you could do with their story and stuff. You can combine roles and such stuff. Really most of these probably are a bit obvious, but I’m putting them out there in case anyone needs help.

Story Paths:
Trainer:
This is of course the most obvious path that you can take. Basically you’re either a new trainer or an experienced trainer that is trying to get the 8 gym badges and compete in the annual competition of the region. For this there are two paths you can take, you can be a new trainer or an experienced one. A new trainer is one that hasn’t been another region before. That means their Pokemon levels should be more on the lower side. They face the challenge of the weaker gym battles. This would be exactly like the main charrie in most of the games. Due to being new it is unlikely that they’d have many Pokemon. I did put a 3 Pokemon limit but that doesn’t make much sense, so I won’t enforce it. However I will mandate that the Pokemon are lowish leveled (ish. 20 or below is good. 20-30 is a bit risky but could be ok. Above 30 better have a good excuse). The other choice is an experienced trainer. An experienced trainer has completed the task of getting 8 gym badges from another region. Experienced trainers due to having higher leveled Pokemon will face the 2nd set of gym Pokemon. It will be a lot like Kanto in Heart Gold and Soul Silver (Or Silver and Gold, for all you cool peeps). This set of gym Pokemon will always be a full set of 6 pokemon. Also due to laws of the region wanting Pokemon to be caught in these region and not trainers to bulldoze through will epic Pokemon from other regions, they will only allow a maximum of two prior Pokemon to be ones battling team in the region at any time, and will only allow five to be in over the whole duration.

Contester: You go around and do contests, you’re basically like May and Dawn. Do I need to say more.

Team X: There are many Team X all with their own evil intents and such. You can be part of them and join in for wacky plots of villainy and no goodness. Yea, it can be a side thing of a main thing.

Breeder: Basically you just breed Pokemon. You’re basically like Brock, not really doing much, but you’re there for the ride. The only way you’ll probably make this interesting is to be in a group of Trainers.

Collector: You collect Pokemon trying to get all the Pokemons you can. Like the one above it really seems like more of a role for one in a group.

And More: That I didn’t think of. IF you have any ideas, use them or submit them here and yea dudes.

Note: Your main trainer or any trainer is nawt necessarily your gym leader. They will probably be two different charries, and unless you’re making a vocal gym leader, they will probably be less focused on. (But then again they’ll be there for big plot stuffs and stuff)

Wow… there is much more to say about this…. However I want people to see what I’ve said so I’m going to post this and edit this when more comes out. There will probably be individual threads on each topic so be on the look out. Next up is a list of thingehs I need to know about ever charrie. You don’t have to fill that all out when I make it but you will at some point.
