Since Breezy doesn't have a gym, I leave it to Breezy to make the city for Yip9's gym. Note that Yip9 is the 8th gym leader.

Name: Scope Lip
Size: Medium. Normal sized.
Location: Forest/beach combo. Gym is hidden in forest, and the rest of the town in chillin on the beach.
Gym: Miss Ellie's Psychic Gym of Mystery
Other Stuff I Can't think of: There could be a contest hall. I really don't know. There's a lot of tough trainers on the beach. There's an evil group of Magikarp who harass everyone by splashing them?

I just dropped into this. So my town/city might not be any good.

Waltzenade city
(waltz + serenade)

A lively and well populated city near the southern ends of the continent. Despite the 8th gym being here, the focus is on the showy antics of the Pokemon Hall nearby, where contests are staged. Battles are not in the dust though, and a few of the best trainers gather ere to enjoy the entertainment.
