'Ahem.' A Wigglytuff who was standing by cleared his throat and gestured to the Vulpix he had encountered. 'You're Kasei. I'm Willard. According to my records, Vulpix as a species cannot learn Tackle no matter how hard they try. Perhaps you were thinking of Quick Attack? If you wish, I'll be glad to update your move.'

Kasei sat down in mild surprise and embarrassment. "It seems your quite right. Us vulpix aren't known for our incredible eyesight. I simply misread something." she explained, bowing in an odd fashion. "Thank you for your help Willard" she said with a quick smile.

'Any time,' said Willard with a grand flourish of his pink puff pad. 'It is my hobby and specialty.' He inflated and floated up to take a gander, then deflated and fell down with a plop. 'Nice fixing. Beat me to the punch.'
