Short Summary: Kechy is a bald happy Pikachu that is filled with youthful excitement. He works under Niyu, staring at one of her paid slaves (yes Niyu is that immoral >w>) but due to his vast enthusiasm for the job, and same likes as Niyu, he formed a bond with the shavemew and got promoted into the head class of Shavland. He hangs out with Nill and Niyu often providing them with lots of fun.
