My house is full of Ledyba

Collin looks on, leaning forward with interest. She loves any sort of knowledge she can hold in her paws, and eventually begins to notice the effect, and waves the Ledyba down.

"Should we do another story? Or do I have to wake everyone up with my singing?"

Boreas the self-declared North Star stares at Collin sleepily. 'Sorry lady, the jazz of Safeguard seems to have gone the way of all the earth. How groovy; wouldn't Sing just deepen the Sleep status effect?'

Collin doesn't seem to know what to do, so she does the only thing that comes to mind. She sings Popipo, and does the dance with it, attempting to use humor to wake the others up.

Boreas laughs and since almost any song that isn't a Perish Song counts as Sing, all the other Ledyba fall asleep. 'Lemme guess,' he speculates. 'You were planning this so you could feast with Dream Eater.'

Collin smiles and laughs, before draping over and sighing. "You caught me in the act. Guess it was all just for nothing." Collin seems a little confused though... Inside, she's very suspicious of Boreas and why he isn't asleep.

Boreas hasn't fallen asleep because Sing is only a 55% accuracy move and Boreas lucked out. 'If you actually do know Dream Eater, there's nary a Chansey I can stop you, so enjoy yon jazz,' returns Boreas.

Collin nods in understanding, looking at all the others, and wondering why all of them fell asleep considering the chanses.

All the non-Boreas Ledyba fell asleep because of the soporific effect of a huge meal+Euclid+Sing. That's quite a combo. Boreas was busy getting starry-eyed, wishing he was dining on starfish, and listening to jazz.

'So, d'ya know yon Poochyena in that house?' asks the awake Ledyba.

(So boreas was busy getting on drugs?)

"Yeah. We go way back. You could say when we met, I fell for him." It seems to be much more of a joke than a statement of love though. "He's dopey, clumsy, but he makes a great traveling partner. If it wasn't for him, I'd probably be dead."

Boreas replies, 'Cool beans.'

A Pidgey flits over to them and twitters, 'Please come to the house; my master has something to say to you.'

('Getting starry-eyed' does not translate getting on drugs.)

(I'm sorry, I have no idea what it means.)

"I guess I'll go. See ya then."

Collin trots and makes it into the house.

A frowning fellow equipped with a 9 decorated T-shirt and a shooting star cap greets Collin. 'Yo, you silly biped Eevee. Mission completed. How may I pay you? And boy, is your company going to hear it from me! Please deliver this.' The dude hands Collin a letter, which reads,

'You brood of Pikachu! Yes, the Ledyba are out of my house, but they took all my food with them. My supply of towels and linens is missing too. There's this snoring Poochyena left on the floor, and what's worst of all, jazz is playing. You can be sure I'll improve your reputation among the locals.'

"UHh... I can take care of the Poochyena. Don't worry about paying us..."

Sheehs! This mission went horribly wrong didn't it!

Boreas flutters in. 'No dice, lady? Shirts happen.' He hands Collin a T-shirt embossed with the sparkling phrase 'For it is written in the stars.'

(Lovers are sometimes described as starry-eyed. Boreas was probably dreaming about Tohno Minagi.)

(How should this continue now? Hmmm.)
